Everyone nowadays becoming very unfit or unhealthy due to impurities in food, Pollution, work pressure, not riding bicycle only using bikes and cars. 1) REGULAR EXERCISE
Everyone knows that exercise is important but no one do’s exercise. Atleast 1 hour exercise is important for us all. So, some best exercises are squats, push-ups, running-walking, cycling and so on.
If you don’t do exercise but you ride bicycle then it is enough. Go atleast 5 to 8 km. Per day. If you are going for some distance say 5 to 8 km then don’t go by bikes or cars just go by bicycle.
3) SAY NO TO FAST FOODS
Why to say no to FAST FOODS ? Because fast food is high in sodium , saturated fat, transfat and Chlorestrol. It isn’t something you should eat often. Eating too much over a long period of time can lead to issues such as high blood pressure, heart disease and unwanted weight gain.
4) EAT HEALTHY FOOD
Eat healthy food like, green vegetables, fruits and all this is the best to stay healthy
5) TAKE A MONTHLY CHECKUP OR SUGGESTION FROM YOUR DOCTOR
Consult your doctor every month if unknown problem is going on then you can know. And treatment can be done before hand
